What is n8n and why do you use it?
n8n is an automation tool that connects different applications and routes data between them according to defined logic. We use it because it offers enormous capabilities and can be self-hosted — your data stays with you, and you don't pay per process run. It is as flexible as code but readable enough that you won't be held hostage by it.
Do I need a technical team to maintain this?
No. We build automations to run on their own and document them in plain language. If something needs changing, we can handle it or train your own person — maintenance doesn't require a full-time developer.
What processes do you automate most often?
