E-commerce & operations
Launching e-commerce is not about putting up a shop and hoping sales arrive on their own — it is about setting up the whole machine from basket to warehouse. We launch, optimise, and scale shops and sales operations so the company can grow instead of drowning in orders, returns, and manual work.
What we do in e-commerce and operations
- —We implement shops on your chosen platform — from configuration to going live
- —We optimise existing shops: conversion, purchase journey, and performance
- —We carry out ERP migrations and integrations with warehouse, payments, and logistics
- —We sort out sales operations — order handling, returns, and fulfilment
- —We prepare the company for scaling into new markets and sales channels
- —We plug in automations and reporting so decisions are based on data
FOR WHOM
This is for you if you run a shop that has grown faster than its back end can handle. It works when orders are growing and with them come errors, delays, and manual data entry between systems. It also suits businesses that are just starting with e-commerce and want to do it properly from the outset rather than fixing things for the next year. If you have a product that sells but operations have become a brake — this is our territory.
FAQ
What platforms do you work with (Shopify, WooCommerce, others)?
We most often work on Shopify, as it offers the best toolset to start with. We also handle integrations with other systems — ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and courier companies. If you have a shop on a different platform, we will advise whether it is worth staying or migrating.
Do you help with ERP migrations?
Yes. We plan them so as not to halt sales or lose data along the way. We also handle connecting the ERP to the rest of your operations, because the system itself is only half the job.
How does scaling into new markets work?
We start by checking whether your operations, logistics, and systems can handle a new market before we launch anything. Then we set up payments, delivery, taxes, and language versions for the specific country. We scale in stages so the new market doesn't break what is already working.
Do you work with shops that already exist, or only new ones?
Most of our projects are shops that already sell and need to be sorted out or taken to the next level. We work with both new implementations and optimisation of what already exists. With a live shop we always start with an audit so we don't touch things that are generating revenue.
