Audit & strategy

Before we change anything, we need to see how your company really works — not how it looks on slides. A strategic audit at NICE means going inside, mapping what is holding back growth, and leaving with a concrete action plan rather than a bag of generalities.

What we do in an audit and strategy engagement

  • We map processes, roles, and workflow — showing where the company loses time and money
  • We diagnose operational bottlenecks that block growth even when sales are strong
  • We analyse the business model and positioning from a real profitability perspective
  • We order priorities — what to do now, what to do later, and what not to do at all
  • We identify quick wins that deliver results within the first few weeks

FOR WHOM

This is for you if your company is growing but you feel the foundations aren't keeping up. Sales are climbing, and with them come chaos, firefighting, and the sense that everything rests on you alone. It also works when you are facing a big decision — a new market, a new product, a funding round — and want to know whether the company is ready. An audit gives you a map before you spend money on the journey.

FAQ

What is the difference between a strategic audit and a consultation?

A consultation is a conversation about one specific problem — quick, targeted, based on what you tell us. A strategic audit is a systematic entry into your business: we look at data, processes, and people, not just your description of the situation. It takes time because we examine everything that matters. At the end you receive a document you can return to, not notes from a single meeting.

How long does an audit take?

Typically around 4 weeks, depending on the size of the company, the level of chaos, and the number of processes to scrutinise. We share initial observations after just a few days, so you are not waiting until the end for anything concrete. We adjust the pace to how quickly you can give us access to data and people.

Do you stay with us through implementation after the audit?

We can, but you don't have to bring us along for that. The audit is written so that your team can implement it independently. If you would prefer us to lead the implementation, we move smoothly into a fractional operator role — and we don't have to start from scratch, because we already know the business.

What size of company is this for?

It works best for companies with anywhere from a few to a few dozen people who have moved past the start-up phase and are genuinely growing. Smaller teams often need only a consultation, and for very large organisations we scope a narrower audit of a chosen area. If you are not sure where you sit — that is a good reason to start with a conversation.
